I'm on my second assignment with OA and they have been GREAT! Last one I had a lot of trouble with my housing and they really worked with me on it. My recruiter calls me every week just to check in and I know I can call her any time. And the housing where I am now is super! The last one apparently was a fluke, they used to use that complex and didn't realize it had deteriorated since the last nurse was there some tiime back. Someone else here who is with OA said that when she was in Reno, some OA people actually came out there to check on the available housing. They've been quick to find me assignments, too. No problems!:)
Thanks for the input - I have heard alot of good things about them. This will be my first time traveling and my family will be with me some some of the luxuries like housing and benefits are a little more important as well as pay. Just trying to find a company where I don't feel like I am viewed as an income source for them or being manipulated.

I will never use them. My niece's friend had a horrible experience with them recently. I think it seems like the individual recruiter is what really matters because I had heard good things about them before too. Maybe you should ask one of these posters who their recruiter is so you know you're getting a good one.
Recruiters are the most important part of working with any travel company, they are your main source of contact with the agency. A bad one can make things horrible for you. If they are great, then they are worth their weight in gold.
But just an an added note, it is in violation of the TOS of this website to post recruiter's names here on the forum.
