I didn't know getting rejected would be so depressing. . I know we ALL have worked so hard but it makes us stronger! I cried and I think I'm over it now...

@Makkara whaatt! you did!? I totally would have bet you would have gotton in! : / I'm sorry girly! But honestly you have to see as a blessing in disguise... Even though you have waited to get in, at least now you have the peace knowing you can apply else where! I know you can get in any where else : ).......My mom was saying "hey at least you wont be in debt"! Lol I was just like you. My heart sank, but I quickly got over it. When one door closes another one will eventually open : )

Awe, thanks for making me feel better Steph! Are you going to apply for Winter? I've been done with my prereqs for almost a year and I just want to go back to school so badly. I think I'm going to reapply to LL and I might try for CSUSB.

Hmm I do not know If I would re-apply. I'm gonna apply to RCC, and San Bernardino Valley College this fall to try to start in winter.... I know I wouldn't make it at Cal State my gpa is way too low for them! =/ It's ok it happened for a reason!! I'm pretty much DONE, This summer I'm gonna take Stats,Health Science, and Anthro to replace the B I got in Soc. In the Fall I have no idea what I can re take!? I was thinking Dev. Psych to try to get an A at it at RCC cause I got a B in at Chaffey. So far that's all I can re take..I'm on the hunt for CNA programs to do in the mean time as well to give me more points for the community colleges.. How about you? Is there anything you can re take? Hows your fam taking it? Since you said earlier they kinda didn't want you go to LLU? This Monday I'm planning to call and ask WHY I didn't get chosen, and IF I were to re apply, what should I do in order to get accepted the 2nd time around

Are you still doing volunteer work? I don't think it would hurt to reapply to LL so ill def try again. LL was my only plan but now I feel like I should keep my options open. I really feel like I didn't get in for Fall 2013 for a reason... I need to retake my TEAS. I would love to retake some prereqs so ill look into that. I'll do some research and ill keep you updated. I def want to look into Community colleges also.

My family felt bad because it was emotional for me so now I feel they support me now..

I still need to do a second TB skin test before I can start, so in about a week I should be volunteering. Are you? Yeah I think maybe your g.p.a was fine just not teas.... but I seriously do not know. It may have been they had a applicant pool with super good scores and g.p.a (sigh) its OKAY! Keep your options open Look into RCC, and Valley, Chaffey, and so forth... : ) We still can do this!!

Watch it we DO end up at the same school second time around!! That would be great!! It will be nice to know someone!!!! Who totallly knows what it felt like being rejected by their first school!! lol

Yeah, I'm doing volunteer work at a retirement home. I play Scrabble with them every Thursday and help out decorating/cleaning for special events like 100 year old birthdays! lol I would like to retake the TEAS but I wonder if schools frown upon the amount of times taken....IDK?? My fiancé keeps asking me if I'm okay? I guess being rejected is still written on my face..lol. I am just sick of waiting!

Yayyyyy, I know! I would totally love that! At first, I thought I already met my first nursing buddy! lol

@Makkara, I know!!! I was excited to know I was gonna have a buddy!! I feel you, now it's just gonna take longer =/ Its okay cause we are still young!! Take this summer to relax and just de stress!! I wish I could but I'm taking 3 classes =///

@steph143 I've relaxed enough. I miss school so much. I sound like a total nerd. Lol Btw, I don't think you should stress too much over volunteering. Maybe you should focus more on your classes to raise your GPA? Just because most colleges don't look for volunteer work. Just an idea..

@Makkara Yeah I thought about that, but then I figure it would still benefit me, like for future job applications you know!? Can you go back to Cal State? Or would you go to a C.C and retake something classes over? Because at RCC if you got a C or B, you are stuck with those =/... At chaffey I took 3 classes I got a B in, So I'm thinking maybe in the Fall I can re take at RCC to get an A...Sigh.
