Just seeing if there is anyone else starting when I am...did my intake interview yesterday, and have to pay by June 22, and then get my mentor...ready to get going!
I started April 1st of this year and in three months I have completed 11 of 15 classes. I only have four classes to take and I'm done!!!! Will finish well under the six month mark! I had 41 credits to take total. Good luck everyone!!!!
Omg! That's amazing! Thanks for sharing that. I don't think I have that in me, but I hope to accelerate a little bit.
Biochem was easy for me. Just do not look too deeply into the directions. Remember that 'B' equals 'degree' at WGU. Do not strive for perfection when doing the work. How in the world? How was Work/ family life while doing this? Hope to have that success but just looking at biochem im already feel myself losing motivation
GASP! Second-rate work is okay in this program. Remember that. You can resubmit bad work as many times as you want until you get it right.
It took me three weeks to complete biochem while working four 12-hour night shifts per week. Others have finished the course in less than a week while working full-time and dealing with their spouses/kids.
Biochem took me six days, working full-time, no kids. It's not hard, but it can be time consuming. I finished 29 credits (my BSN) in 4 months....and I did nothing one month. I am hoping to finish another 10-15 in the MSN before my term ends at the end of August and finish up my MSN in the next term.

Did you read the book at all? Did you memorize competencies? Watch videos? Read available study guides? Use Quizlet? Basically…what are your secrets?!

Thanks for the reply! The current program I'm admitted in for RN-BSN has me taking only BSN nursing classes as I was able to transfer and appeal all the remaining classes. I hope WGU does the same.
