Just bumping this thread up to see if there is anyone else playing the waiting game for Fall '10 admission to University of Maryland's graduate program?

my decisin status says committee ready? Anybody know how long after this little statement pops up that'll take for UMD to say yay or nay?
Mine has said "committee ready" for probably 2-3 weeks now. I'm hoping I don't have to wait long....
When did you turn in your application? I finished everything I needed to do oN the due datE feb. 1st (yeah I know I am a procrastinator lol)
I had everything turned in a few weeks before that. But It was right around Feb 1st that they got my major request paperwork (I had originally been declared PNP, then decided to do FNP).
Anybody heard anything yet? I was told this is around the time they make their final decisions.

hey guys!
I'm applying too for the Fall 2010 FNP program - it looks like from the BSN/CNL thread that people are talking about hearing somewhere around April 1st - or the week before. I believe they have Spring Break this week, so probably no news this week. My birthday is the 27th, so that'd be a super sweet birthday present!
Mine has also said "committee ready" since mid-Feb or so. I'm trying to figure out the work thing during school, too - I'm not so sure about staying at my current job, but working PRN like two shifts a month might be solid. Mostly I'm hoping for a TA position or a really solid scholarship. One of my friends is now in the PNP program part-time and she has told me numerous times that there's a good amount of money for students going back full time. So let's hope that's true!
Good luck, everyone!
Have any of the MSN applicants heard one way or the other yet?
Not that I know of... but the only other person I know of who applied is going to for the Community/Public Health program.
In the BSN/CNL thread, someone was reporting that the committees are still meeting Monday and Tuesday this week, so there won't be any decisions until after then.
I want to know so badly!!!
I called the Admissions office today, and they said I shouldn't expect anything until 8 weeks after the deadline, meaning approximately April 1st.
Okay - it's April 1st and I'm dying to hear! Has anyone heard anything?
I called yesterday, and the lady at the front desk was a bit short with me (probably because they have had a lot of people calling). She told me that your status would change online within the next two weeks online and then they would issue you a letter. So some of us might be waiting another two weeks :-/ If anybody hears anything, please post!
