Hey I too applied to Union University for Jan 2012 class. I was wondering if anyone knows how they select the next class. What are interviews like? How many people are admitted each class? How many people are interviewed? I really don't find to much information on the internet about Union. PM if you have any information. Thanks.

Any information on union?

I don't really know a ton about it myself. From what i gathered there were 27 people admitted to their last class. Know nothing really about the interviews or how many applicants they typically have.

The interview is an informal..get to know you type interview instead of a clinically based interview.

I have recently applied to Union University myself. If I come across any helpful info I will let you guys know.

Hello, I applied to Union's Germantown program and received a conditional acceptance, meaning I had to take A&P 1 and 2 to get in. I am currently taking them together at Southwest in the summer session and working full time. I'm hoping that these 17 hour days are preparing me for the accelerated program's pace and speed.

Feel free to ask me any questions about my process...

Good luck!!

I applied for the jan 2012 start day at the new hendersonville campus.

I have applied as well. I would like to know about the interview, the teas and your gpa if you don't mind sharing : ) Or anything that you think will be helpful .

Well, I am in the program now and it is going pretty well. It is very demanding as I am still working full time and part time. As for the interview, it was very formal but everyone was really nice. The TEAS is just like other tests (GRE, ACT, DAT, etc), I pruchased a study book and completed it twice. My undergrad GPA was a 3.2 and I was accepted. The best advice that I can give is be yourself and let your PERSONALITY shine through..

I am getting ready to apply to nursing schools. I am interested in LSON at memphis and union. I have a GPA of a 3.7 and have taken A&P 1 and microbiology. I would like to ask advice from you guys. I like union's curriculum better than LSON, but I am so used to memphis because I have already earned a B.S. in education there. I love memphis, but I hear memphis weeds you out of the program and that doesn't sound very inviting. Family and friends think I can do either one if I put my mind to it and I am set to accomplish my goal of becoming an RN. Which school would you choose?

hello @umartin!

i have recently applied for fall 2013 and been conditionally accepted! i was wondering, it says to pay deposit for the pre-req courses (still hav ea&p1 and 2 left) but then it says that interviews and formal acceptance will not be granted until after the deadline for apps (dec.1). i dont want to pay if im not going to be accepted. do u have any insight or advice? thank you!
