Hi,
I just dropped off my application for the Spring 2013 BSN program at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, Ca. Anyone else want to wait with me? I am currently taking 4 courses in progress until mid December! I am so nervous !!!
hi everyone
i got in, they sent me the email on Wednesday, Nov 14
best wishes to everyone out there who is still waiting
and to saka,
i also live in the evergreen area of san jose, by raging waters, and will be commuting back and forth to oakland
i hope you get in, and maybe commuting together can be a very economical and convenient option for both of us =]
Hi everyone,
Congratulations to all of you who got in to the BSN program! That's wonderful!
I was notified on Tuesday that I am on the wait list ): 6th out of 9! Not sure how to feel, especially since someone posted that only 16 community college transfers were accepted! Now I just have to wait until early December to see if I was bumped into the program.
Was anyone else put on the wait list or have any idea what my chances are?
Hey ladies... The letter of intent & security deposit has to be received by the university by November 28th. I already got my login information and student ID number for SMU, and will be contact by financial aid soon. I don't really know much more than that -- I wish I did!
I will post more when I find out more information!
Hey congrats to all that got in! I just graduated from SMU in April from the BSN program and trust me it's amazing and the loans were totally worth it lol But for those worried about Fin Aid trust me when I say that they work miracles! I came from Mills and my loan to scholarship/grant money was horrible. At SMU my scholarships and grants far outweighted my loans, but my situation may not have been like everyone else. Good luck to all and have a wonderful 2 years! Trust me when I say it flies by regardless of how little sleep you get
Awww, thank you so much! I am SO excited!! Some of my friends have been waiting 2-3 years to get into an ADN program, and I just wasn't interested in doing that. I feel SO fortunate that this my first time I could apply to nursing school and I got in! Do you have any suggestions for us, Kenderella89? Do you live in the bay or did you commute? I'll be coming in from Sacramento!
