Anyone else applied to Samuel Merritt University Spring 2013 BSN program?

U.S.A. California

Hi,

I just dropped off my application for the Spring 2013 BSN program at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, Ca. Anyone else want to wait with me? I am currently taking 4 courses in progress until mid December! I am so nervous !!!

Do u think they have sent out the denials already? Maybe if we haven't heard were either on the waitlist or accepted. Maybe they don't know yet how many they can accept ? But then how would they know saka is number 4? Hmmm :/

In my email they say i am number 4 of the 9 people on waitlist and should expect to hear back by early december about any changes on waitlist.

Guess I'll rush my state apps right now, but this whole thing is very confusing right now! :(

I'm so sorry you guys... It must be really frustrating to have to wait and be so confused. If I hear anything, I will definitely post here and you guys will be the first to know. Sending good thoughts your way!!! And if you guys don't get in this semester, please apply for the fall!!!

So I'm either above 9 on the waitlist, denied , or accepted. This waiting is gonna suck lol

I wonder how many people from the waitlist usually get in?

I don't know if they sent denials yet. I wonder if the denials would be via email as well? My email just said to wait and decisions are still being made expect to hear anything before Thanksgiving. I'm just confused with the process since there's a waitlist and some acceptance emails are already out there.

Maybe they're doing it by last names?

What's everyone's last name start with that's been accepted? And yea the waitlist thing is confusing

My last name starts with an "G". I talked to a counselor today and she said I was one of 16 that got accepted. Not sure how many applicants there were???

My last name starts with "K" . Wonder what are the chances of getting in with being on the waitlist. We have to be really patient guys, good luck for those who are still waiting and congrats to the ones who got it.

16?!! omg...thats not very many. I was told its usually around 100 applicants.
