Anyone else applied to Samuel Merritt University Spring 2013 BSN program?

Hi,

I just dropped off my application for the Spring 2013 BSN program at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, Ca. Anyone else want to wait with me? I am currently taking 4 courses in progress until mid December! I am so nervous !!!

***UPDATE**** I just talked to a counselor today. She said that the decisions for the students who are transferring in from the sister schools is being finalized this week. As for the rest of us transfer students, expect to know sometime by the end of this week/beginning of next week. It sounds like they take care of the sister school transfers first, since they have priority, and then will focus on our applications.

So lets keep checking our e-mails periodically!

Also, she said that you would have only received an e-mail that your application was submitted if there was some kind of error. Normally they do not submit e-mails just to say that they have your application, so if anyone else is in the same boat as me, I wanted to just let you know that's A-Ok!!

I know, me too! I want every single person on this thread to comment IMMEDIATELY after they receive some sort of e-mail! Ha :)

Hello all, I was recently accepted to the ABSN for spring at San Mateo!!!!! I was also accepted for fall but had to decline because it was only two weeks before the start date!!!! But I'm in now thankfully! Communication is very slooooow with them my suggestion is to call and email :) best of luck to all if you!!!!!!!

Congrats! I was told we will be hearing about the BSN program within next two weeks..ughhh too long

wait i am confused now, are we supposed to hear in 2 weeks or by the end of this week???

Next week the school is only opened Mon and Tues because of Thanksgiving holiday. So hopefully by the end of this week. But, that's just me hoping for answers this week... I'm very nervous and ready to know.

Really ? Okay good to know..If not by this week then hopefully by next tuesday!!! Don't really wanna wait through the holiday! Where does everyone live and how will you be getting to school? (because were all getting in!)

I live in San Jose (Evergreen area). I would probably be driving down to Oakland as that's the most economical option, but on the other hand very time consuming so i am not sure what i am gonna do. Right now i just hope i get in and then everything will get figured out.
