I am applying for and will *hopefully* be accepted into the Air Force health professions as an officer! I am so excited and am reaching out to see if there is anyone else out there in my shoes? I had my MEPS last week, getting all of my paper work together; most likely to be completed by the end of November. Is there anyone else applying for COT training next year? Please message me!
Or is there anybody who had gone through the COT and what to expect? I know that every body had new and different experiences but I am interested on how to prepare: what to study, how to work out!, etc.

Hello! I am going to COT on August 27th of this year. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I have heard different things so I do not know exactly what to expect. I have been exercising trying to get in better shape.
there is another thread on here that has another person going to cot in august. his name on here is willtsmith. the threads that he posted on is either one year later... (af nursing) or selection board 2012 for air force. rn4life2 will being going to cot in may and she's posted in those threads as well. just in case you are interested in meeting some other people who will be going to cot soon. i am #1 on the alternate list so maybe a space will become available. these threads have a lot of good information posted about cot.
