Have checked with the board and I will have to disclose it.
And no my slate was no wiped clean, I was never charged or convicted once I was taken to court, so I was arrested (notice to appear) from cops meaning they were charging me and then I was able to dismiss it
just a lot of steps I'll have to go through but I'm hoping it's all worthwhile and I can get my license
I had a similar situation, I was arrested but not convicted. Once your not convicted you will have no problem. When you do your background check your arrest will come up but you won't be questioned about it because you were not charged.
When you have a conviction is when you have to disclose what the incident is about and explain what took place and your case is reviewed case by c case. I hope this was clearer.
From my lawyer recently when asking the final verdict although I can probably find in all my paperwork:
If they see anything, it would say expunged.
From what I recall you were not arrested but given a notice to appear. You never entered a plea. You were never convicted.
You were charged by the police, but not the state attorney's office
My question: So I am not guilty and my case was dismissed as final verdict?
Her answer: correct!

No you don't. I went through same exact thing and I asked my lawyer if I had to disclose it. He said after pre-trial intervention all charges are dropped and it's like nothing ever happened. You have nothing to disclose NOR do you have to put yes on a job application for when they ask you if you ever committed a crime or plead guilty of one.

Hello
I have a year left of nursing school and was wondering if any recent graduates have had a record and still went through to the BON for approval and how that worked out. Steps, and wait time.
What all was done. How it turned out.
What are the chances of a nurse with a record.
I just had a stupid mistake. Got accused of petty theft misdemeanor. I hired a lawyer. We pleaded not guilty, got into a pretrial intervention program completed a class and paid money and got the case closed. Then the case was expunged in less than 6 months.
What are the chances? And any experience from anyone?
Please and thank you in advance for all help.
