Just wanting to get all of the Baker College students together, just to say "hey". Much love to all of you.:redbeathe
I just took the Holistics class at the AP campus and found the Holistics class to be very difficult. The teacher was very nice but the tests were kind of tricky and we did not have open book. Only two people in my full class ended up with A's or A-'s. You had to take the tests word for word from the book and there were multiple answers for each question that could be correct. There were a few questions we disputed straight from the book but she wouldn't budge. Currently, this teacher was the only teacher teaching Holistics/nutrition and she only gave us two assignments and the rest of the points came from three tests.
PM me if you're looking for names. I took Patho and Micro and had wonderful teachers!

I too go to Baker Clinton Township, so I can't recommend teachers for you. I would say that Pharmacology was the hardest for me, and Holistics was the easiest, but that was also due to the fact that my teacher gave EVERYTHING open book, and really didn't teach much.... mostly talked about himself. But if you've ever had a nutrition class (I took one at MCC), its pretty much the same thing, just add in a bit about healing. My Patho teacher was awesome, and we were also allowed to use our own notes for the tests, but I loved those tests because they would give you a scenario, and you would have to diagnose it, using what you'd learned, and explain why. Either way, they're a little more work than some of the other pre-reqs, but they're also a little less boring (I HATED micro.) Good luck to you!
