Anyone attending or taken the Accelerated BSN at Concordia in Irvine?

Just wondering if anyone has taken this 12month program? Seems like a decent alternative to Mt. St. Mary's and CSUN as this is right here in Orange County.

I submitted my application for the ABSN 2011 cohort on January 31st so I'm hoping they didn't overlook it because it was right before the deadline. Let us know when you guys hear about interviews, cuz the wait is driving me crazy!

Did you get a confirmation e-mail from ---- saying thanks for applying and all that? Did you mail it or hand deliver it? I'm over at the new thread now too.

Yeah, I got that email. I hand delivered my app a few days before the deadline.

Yes, I hand delivered it as well and got the confirmation email from ----. What I'm wondering is when they usually notify you that you got an interview. I guess if I don't hear from them by the third week of march then I didn't get it :(...we shall see! Good luck everybody!

I actually emailed ---- about a week ago asking when interview invitations would go out. This is the auto reply I got and I haven't received anything else since.

Thank you for your e-mail. I am currently away to evaluate ABSN applications for Summer 2011.

Application for ABSN Summer 2011 is now closed. The next application deadline is June 1, 2011 for Fall 2011 Admission.

Next nursing info session is scheduled for Thursday, February 17th from 5pm to 7:30pm

For Summer 2011 applicants:

1. Tentative interview dates: 3rd week of March (Counselor will e-mail candidates if they are invited for interview).

2. Tentative decision date : April 15th.

I'll response to the your e-mail when I return on February 23rd. Thank you for your patience and have a great day!

Congrats to those who got interviews! If I didn't get an email about it today, is it safe to say that I won't be considered at all? Does anyone know if they send out interview emails periodically throughout the week? I'm sure they send out invitations all at once...but crossing my fingers that on the off-chance they don't, I get one...this is so depressing!

Well I know that CSUN sent interview invites out over a period of a few days. I would give it till the end of the week at least.

That will be the case with CUI as well. If you didn't recieve an e-mail from counselor by next Friday, it is safe to assume that you are not invited to the interview.
