well fall semester is over, and i'm transferring to wcccd from occ. i have to complete the 12 credit hours at wcccd before i can apply in june. i'll have that after spring semester, i'm enrolled in patho (online), american government and microbiology. are there any other members out there who are applying to the program in june? if so we can post here, to be support for each other, because we're literally in the final stretch, and we cannot give up. if anyone is registered for some of the same classes, maybe we can form a study group...
i hope this post will get a lot of post... i really want to form relationships with other nursing students... we all have to stick together!!!!
has anyone received their cpr certification? if so where did you go, i know wcccd students can only go to either healthcare provider or aed professional rescuer... where are these places?
Hello I am also applying in June 09 for spring 2010. I am taking a &p 2 && micro (online) this semester && i am taking my NET test at HFCC it's computerized && you get ur score faster. WCCC still has paper tests && you have to wait for your results in the mail. What is ur gpa?? i will have a 3.8 if i ace micro && a & p 2. I also am taking a CPR class on the 30th this month. Only $55 bucks one day 4 hour class which includes the book && fee for your card && it is a 2 year cert.
Logan you may want to wait to take your CPR class until you receive your HAPPY letter. In the info meeting Mrs. N said that it cannot be 30 days older than when you were accepted... Hope that sheds some light...
