I am applying by February 2011 to be accepted and start the the nursing program in Fall of 2011 at the University of Memphis. Is there anyone else applying for next Fall? If so, I would love to talk to you and have someone else to share the nerves with! Thanks.
Good luck to everyone tomorrow! :)
I'm slowly finishing up all of the computer stuff (except the ATI since I haven't gotten an email about it) and getting set for the big week tomorrow. It will be fun to finally get to put on those scrubs that I've been anticipating for the last couple of years :)
Me too! I'm glad I'm not the only one having troubles with ATI. Do you know what they were talking about in the paper when it says, "Complete tutorial and provide a copy of the score in order to attend week #2 ?" We're they talking on the Tnpap or Tcps? Do we only need to print out the certificate from Tnpap, or there's other else? Opps! I didn't get the chance to clarify this last thursday.
Oh! btw, I'm kind of excited and nervous for tommorrow. Good luck to us! :)
We have to do both plus ATI whenever they send us the course ID and password. So print two copies of TNPAP and two copies each of the general orientation on TCPS and hospital specific orientation. We also have to have the final page of the BSN handbook and the 3019 student contract. I *think* that is everything, but someone else can clarify if I've missed something. I don't have class until 3 tomorrow, so I'm going to get up there early to print off the mounds of stuff that we have. I did print off our course schedules for each class and started laughing hysterically while I thought about how I would accomplish everything. I guess it will eventually get easier to manage time. Or maybe I need a Dumbledore in my life to give me a time-turner
Hi everyone! I'm almost positive you all have graduated by now so congratulations!! I just reviewed this thread and it was very insightful! I have applied for the Fall 2015 semester. In hopes of getting accepted, I had a few questions that I hope you can help me with. What are the "pre-orientation" requirements? TB, Flu Shot, Tetorifice/Hep B shot, CPR certification, etc? I want to get a head-start anyway I can since I will actually be relocating if I get accepted into the program. The process of mailing things in is a little slower than I like so I'd rather be able to complete as much in person as possible. Thanks in advance!!
