Well I applied to Grayson County's LVN program. I am looking of others that want a "waiting on acceptance letter" buddy. lol.
What should I do to get my mind off this?????????? The wait is killing!!!

Commuter,I was wondering if you could tell me what TSI exemption is exactly? I am applying to Grayson Rn program for the fall of 09. I hope it isn't something I need to be concerned with. i just haven't seen anything on the application or website about it.
Thank you!
I know this post wasn't addresed to me, but I thought I would help out. TSI stands for Texas Success Initiative. It means that the student has taken and passed all parts of the THEA exam.
thank you for responding!!!
One more question if you can answer it...
I did not pass the math section of the THEA but i did take remedial math classes and just finished my college algebra with a B!( such a hard class for me YEA!!!) After I receive my ADN i want to go on and get my BSN. To transfer to a BSN program will they take my remedial classes and college algebra as satisfactory of will I have to retake the THEA exam?

I would think they would take those classes as satisfactory, and I wouldn't think you would have to retake the THEA since you passed college algebra with a B. The best thing I can tell you to do would be contact an advisor at the school you want to get your BSN at and see what they require. But I definitely wouldn't think you would need to retake the THEA.
