anybody sit the exam in Au?

anybody got a job in Au without IELTS exam? or if you study postgraduate program or during or after finished the program can get a job in order to extempt the IELTS exam? is possible to get registration in Au without IELTS exam?

any advice will be highly appreciated

I think you have to IELTS if you want to work as a nurse in Australia. On another website I have seen many UK nurses have to sit and pass English exam to work over there
