I'm getting so paranoid and I am so stress out about my scores. I do read the rationale of my wrong answer as well the correct one. I'm doing at least 80-120 Q's per day. My exam will be soon but my scores are still not in passing. Im doing self review right now. IS anyone know where I can find a tutor maybe through skype or facetime? LOl. I am so desperate. Having a 1year old baby and being a busy mother is soo difficult to focus,.

Don't worry if you don't get super high scores. I'm sure you'll do very well. :)

What are your weak areas?

Math because I forgot the conversion and I just memorize the formula. Pharma too. I am trying to check my weakness. Everyday Im doing practice test every section. In delegation I got 65.6% in Pedia 62% in pharma 52-56% soo frustrating, maybe my brain is not working well cannot absorb info :(

Remember, the NCLEX is based on four concepts; to start to understand the four concepts of becoming a competent, entry-level nurse:

1. Safe, effective care;

2.Health promotion;

3.Physiological Integrity;

4.Psychosocial integrity

Will determine WHAT the question is asking you; the question may be Respiratory related-but is it a Health Promotion or a Safety, or a Physiological or a Psychosocial one? Would you know the difference and choose the BEST answer?

Once one understands the concepts of NCLEX, they can answer the questions successfully.

Sounds like Pharmacology may be a health promotion or a Physiological integrity question; Peds may be any of the four; but it's usually in health promotion or physiological integrity; don't quote me on this; check the NCSBN sure on how that NCLEX is broken down.

Also, since you are nearing closer to your NCLEX date; start preparing like a mock NCLEX exam; start with the minimum, then work on adding 40-50 questions until you get to the maximum; review questions and rationales after each exam; that should give you a focus on what areas you may need to brush up on. :yes:

Thank you. I will. Im doing at least 80questions a day.

I've been hitting constant mid 60s.

My friend who said he was doing about 65% avg and he passed. Of course higher the better, but like ladyfree28 said, review on your weak areas.!

Good luck on your NCLEX!
