Hi everyone, I'm new to allnurses.com. I recently applied to VCU's accelerated MSN program. I KNOW I'M EARLY, BUT I'M VERY ANXIOUS. The deadline is nov 1st. We won't hear anything back till February. I just wanted to put something out here to see what people thought, who applied, and if they know anything about admission process. Any input and insight is welcomed. (amount of students accepted, gpa calculation, etc.)
Also clinicals cost $90/hour. All these numbers are last years, it's my understanding that 2012-13 will be 15% tuition increase and 2013-14 will have a 17% increase. (I think) I will go check those projected increases
Hi all-- not sure if anyone is checking this thread still. I got in to the Accelerated BS program. Anyone know if we are allowed to start a facebook page? I didn't see one that existed yet but didn't want to get in trouble for initiating it. I'd love to talk to others about the plans for housing, etc.
Hi, i also applied to the amsn program at vcu and got waitlisted. I have been reading these forums for a while now but only signed up today. Has anybody that was waitlisted, been pulled off the waitlist. I have been contacting the son but as always, they give very little info, so ANY information here is awesome!
I know this post is old... but I am applying to the 2013 accelerated nursing program and from online I can see that the application is due Nov 1 2012, but I wanted to know if any of you remember when the application actually opened.
