Any Valencia CC students for fall 08?

Hey all,

I am starting VCC in fall 08 and I am sooo sooo excited just wanted to see if there are any others out there? Oh yeah and introduce yourself

On most days we need to bring the Orange Nursing hardcover. In addition, only 2 days a week you will bring one or both of the blue Skills books. Thats it. The rest stay at home.

I started out with a rolling backpack but switched over mid-semester to a rolling briefcase. Mine has three zippers that give me access from the top of the case. The backepack had one big area and one small area, whereas the briefcase has about 3 good sized areas. I am more organized that way. I got mine off ebay for $20, a classmate got hers at Walmart for $35ish. She said it was in the office supply area rather than the luggage area.

VCC is great! I am in my second semester at West Campus and I enjoy it very much. The program is well structured and I do believe that we are being prepared very well for the NCLEX. Also, VCC student nurses are in high demand!
