I have heard that each time you take the nclex, it gets harder. Like they have you flagged if you have taken it more than once. I thought it was a fresh start each time. Does anybody know? Thanks!

Not true,,,test depends on how you answer question. There are 3 level of question in nclex. Easy ,medium and hard..the difficult question is easy. Because it requires you to memorise the basic facts. Unlike the hard question where you need to rationalise And good understanding
Kuya joe17 If you have some important pointers & review materials email naman Kuya:sniff: I failed NCLEX last year and I need all the help I can get. Salamat kuya! [email protected]

I hope not! But what I heard from my previous review school. That every test-taker can be recognized by the Nclex computer, which means when you take it again, the computer already knows/gauge what test-taker you are (based from your previous exam) and that will be the baseline of your 1st question. Then from that time on, it will throw you questions basing from your performance (if you got it right, your next question will be a little harder. If you got it wrong, it will give you easier question to answer). The computer should also know you, to be sure that it won't give you the same/exact questions it has given you on your previous exam/s (as if you can also remember them haha lol)
Anyway, good luck to everyone testing! And oh, I'm exactly a month away from re-taking it. Whooo! I can already feel much pressure now!!
Thanks. and good luck to you in a month!

I would imagine that it would be harder not because they are purposefully giving harder questions, but because the person retaking it is doing a better job & answering correctly, thus getting the more difficult questions!
