Any "old" new grads get jobs after refresher?

I'm an "old" new grad, graduated in 2008, had to take 1.5 year off before getting licensed in 2010, now in unpaid residency program. Just wondering if there's hope for getting a job. I could use some moral support, I need to be motivated right now. Just wanted to hear your thoughts. :)

I have the same situation. Graduated in 2008, got licensed in 2010. I am looking for a job for an year now. I wish to be at least in an unpaid residency program. I will start volunteering. I think we will be fine and we will go through it. You are in the right path I think. You will get experience and get a job. Don't give up!

can u share ur knowledge what facilities offer training like that? or RN-volunteer perhaps.. (LA county)
