I have four quarters of prerequisites to do. I'm trying to figure out which ones to take together and which ones I should space out a bit, and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice :)
This quarter I'm doing~ My psych pre-pre req (Psych 100) Intermediate algebra (Math 95) Intro to chemistry (Chem 110)
Are there an classes you wish that you would have taken closer together or even at the same time, because course work was so similar or the classes helped each other make sense more? For example, maybe general cell biology and then general microbiology ASAP after.
Are there any classes you wish you would have taken only 'easy' classes with? An example might be A&P shouldn't be mixed with a lab-heavy Chemistry class, or something?
My advisor is very uh...minimally helpful.
I need to take PSYCH 200, General Cell Bio, English 101, A&P (one and two), two different communications classes, and general microbiology.
I tend to be stronger with um, stuff that isn't chemistry.
I'm not asking anyone to plan my schedule for me or anything! I would just love to hear from people who remember thinking "oh man I should/shouldn't have taken these classes together"

I wish I would have taken my English classes closer to my history classes, my cell bio before ap1, and micro after everything else.

I originally took Physiology with Statistics which was a disaster for me because personally I hate math and two, I hate Chemistry, and Physiology was basically Chemistry based (reactions in the human body) type. I think that taking Anatomy and Physio 2 with a class like Nutrition or Microbio would be helpful because you'd be able to make the mental connections of how they are important/coincede

I liked taking my psychology class with statistics. I found there was a lot of relevance there. If you can, I would recommend taking an easy or less demanding class with your A&P and Micro classes. They can be a lot of work so I took mine with English and a math class to help relieve the stress on my workload.
Order is important. If you can, take Micro before AP. Micro relies a lot on your Bio 160 (or similar) prerequisite, more so than AP does. When I took Micro it had been two years since I had taken Bio and Micro was that much harder.

I wish I had taken Chem before A&P 1. It would be best to take it before General Biology too, if you haven't already taken it. I find that I work best if I take one lab class a semester along with a non-lab class or two. At my school, Pathophysiology is a lecture class with no lab, but I am counting it as a lab class for the sheer amount of information. Also I am taking all of my corequisites before the nursing program starts. This can be more expensive since financial aid won't cover it, but I'm not eligible for financial aid anyway (nursing is a second degree for me) . The nursing students at my school all say that the nursing program is stressful enough as it is without trying to take more classes. Get what you can do done before entering the program. Also don't waste your summer sessions. It is understandable if you don't want to take a lab course during that time, but use it for some of your easier prereqs.

Micro and AP2. Many times we would overlap info in lecture. Those are the only two science classes I would have taken together.
