Any PBSC 2011 fall hopefuls?

Was just wondering if anyone else is hoping to get into the RN program at PBSC starting fall 2011. Would love a buddy to keep in touch with through the process of everything! :)

Yes I would love too I dont have enough points though i think? does anyone know what may be the cut off?

Thanks I took it last Time at FCC but got into the one at Pbsc this spring, so I know it will get there way before June just didn't know if anyone knew if you could find out what the results were before they got to your house. Will be receiving mine early next week, but hate the waiting. Thank you though for the info.

how many points did you have to get excepted at pbsc in spring?

It is different every semester but I know less than fall. Last spring was 27.65

Have you all turned in your applications yet?

What are you doing this summer?

I turned mine in last week. Hoping I have enough points. PBSC was my "Plan B". I applied to another school but didn't get in due to A&P2 and Micro in progress at the time I applied. Now I'm sure I have enough points to get into their program, but don't want to wait until January to start.

I'm taking NUR2140 Pharmacology this summer and doing some self-study of NCLEX study guides.

Yeah, but I'm not going to stress out about it because I can get in during the Spring term but right now I am stressing over this pharmacology class. I want it out of the way so I'm trying my best to do well. I am also in the Thursday morning class as well. Definitely nervous for the next exam.

It will be late June till we get the news. Do well with the Pharm class. If I do not get in for Fall I will be taking Pharm instead. I am really hoping to make it this semester I am ready to start another part of life.

Thanks Keichhof! I have a question..I didnt do well on my first pharm exam..We have a second exam on the nervous system. Since you passed the class, could you give me some advice on passing the tests. I have literally been studying everyday for my second exam. Some questions I have are:

How did you remember or study the drugs?

How did you break the chapters up and studied them? (We have 9 chapters to study)

I would really appreciated soo much if you could answer my question. Thanks in advance!
