I wanted to know do you know of any other states like Texas where a expunged conviction does not have to be disclosed on application?

I believe there are several states where non disclosure is an option. Just know that a fingerprint based background check will show all events expunged or not.

I am just looking for states where are expunged cases do not have to be disclosed on application for license.
even if expunged cases are not required to be disclosed, they will show up and taken into consideration in several states with an FBI level background check.

Hi beachbabe86 and dg90339,
it is not true that all expunged cases will show up on an FBI background check. I recommend running a background check on yourself using a service like identogo, and if expunged cases show up you can request that the FBI remove the case. A lawyer can help, or you can do your own research online.
Dont give up hope and please know your options!

Were you able to get your record expunged? I am in a state of New Mexico and have run a FBI background check where nothing shows up and am contemplating what to disclose
Thank you

My cases were expunged January 2020.
Did you disclose them to the bon? My cases were expunged five years ago but I graduate in July
I didn't have cases until after I got my LVN license. Luckily, California BVNPT let me keep my license. I have talked to nursing attorneys in California about getting my RN license and they said most likely I'd be put on probation. Florida and Texas are much easier to get licensed in.

What school are you at? I've looked into Clovis Community College.

Everyone says Ca is hard but I got my license with expunge record, no probation. Now I am wanting to move to texas or florida, so knowing they are easier is a weight off my shoulders
