Any opinion? Hurst vs. Kaplan N anybody who plan to take Kaplan review...

Published

Hi all, after i failed NCLEX, I read through posts about NCLEX and decided to register.

I took Hurst Review for the first try. I would say that Hurst review is really good with explaining core contents, but not so good in practicing questions. After I took NCLEX, I realized that I should practice more questions beside what Hurst gave.

Since I took Hurst Review, they offer me remediation.

But, after I read through posts, it seems that Kaplan is good too.

Now, I cant make my mind. Should I take remediation? or, should I take Kaplan?

I feel like I need to take them both.

I feel like I talked too much.

The point is I need help!! :0

I'm sure if this helps since I didn't take the Kaplan review, but I would definitely do the remediation portion of the Hurst Review. It doesn't cost anything extra so you might as well take advantage of it. Also, did you do the online supplemental portion of the Hurst Review as well as attending the live review? I thought the online portion helped the most since it provided more "mock" NCLEX questions. I also supplemented my studying with the NCLEX 3500 questions and read EVERY rationale to EVERY question, regardless of whether or not I got it right. Do not give up and good luck!

Any review course will be helpful if one does their own part by working hard to learn the material.
