Just wanted to see if their was anyone who would be starting the same time I will be. Good luck to everyone!
I called the school... The lady said we needed it by orientation. I went to the tri c web site. If you click on programs, select nursing program then look on the left hand corner on the bottom it will say health care and CPR requirements ... Click on the last link and this page with pop up ... It says "medical records and CPR certifications are due on the day of orientation ( no exceptions) " here's the link... I don't know maybe I'm wrong, but I called the school because I haven't gotten any of my hep shots and they take 4 months to complete... She said as long as I had two done by orientation I'd be ok... Here's the link http://www.tri-c.edu/programs/nursing/Documents/Health Careers and Nursing Program Health Requirements April 2013.pdf
Ok now I am completely freaking out. I made the appointment with my doctor right after I got my acceptance letter- probably 2-3 months ago, and the first day they could do a physical is November 13th. i have been calling the nursing department to try to figure this out but they aren't answering!

Hey try not to get freaked out... Maybe a Different Dr can do ur physical. It's the immunizations that are taking me a while to complete. Do u have all the immunizations done already? Try to call this number 216-987-4067. I have better luck with that one.... They never pick up when I call either.
Ok...well after I read your comment this morning, it was a full day of running around and calling people lol. but i have it all figured out. I guess the only immunizations I need are the TB and chicken pox. & My doctor got me in for this month! yay. just can't wait to get the email for orientation:yeah:
I start the program in the spring at the metro campus. I keep checking my tri-c email with the hopes that orientation email has came. I can't wait to start but I'm nervous about getting in to the doctor before orientation. Do you just print out the physical/immunization form off of Tri-c when you go to the doctor?

I don't know. It's probably taxes that cause it to be more.
