Any Nurses in Bakersfield Now?

I'm thinking about taking a Postpartum assignment at bakersfield memorial or mercy. Any info would be great.

I've never worked at any of the local hospitals, so I do not have any firsthand insight on working conditions in any of the facilities that you have mentioned. However, I did live in Bakersfield for two years, and would strongly recommend that you secure housing west of Highway 99 if you accept this travel assignment. Many of the neighborhoods east of Highway 99 are crime-ridden and not safe for a person who is new to the area.

I'm thinking about applying for a Labor and Delivery position at either Bakersfield Memorial, Mercy, or SJCH. Any recommendations?

Hello. I am waiting to hear from the hospital about a Mother-Baby position at this hospital. How is it there? How is Labor and Delivery there? I have experience in both but I think I want to lean towards Mother-Baby.

Hello hkLD5150. I am waiting to have an interview for a Mother-Baby position at this hospital. Couple of questions for you, if you don't mind answering:

1. How is Bakersfield Memorial?

2. How is Mother Baby and Labor and Delivery there? I have experience in both but I am leaning more towards mother-baby.

3. do you like living in Bakersfield?
