STarting a new job on a cardiac floor. I will be taking the basic, intermediate, and advanced ekg class my hospitals requires, but I would love to find a good website or app for my iPad to start learning now. Something that teaches, then quizzes me on the rhythms would be great. Any recommendations? Free would be ideal or something pretty cheap
IF you are looking for a book, you cannot go wrong with, "Dubins Rapid Interpretation of EKGs". It is a classic, and I am not even sure that it is still in print. You could always try Amazon.
Love skillstat! When it comes to books, Dubin is OK. But if you want more of the "nuts and bolts", go for the "only EKG book you'll ever need" by Thaler. It goes into much more detail!
