I just applied to Fresno City College for there Spring session. Just wondering who else applied and would like to join me in the countdown till the acceptance letters go out.:anbd:

I too am applying for the Spring of 09, but it's for the Paradigm Program. With a 3.7 gpa and taking my last in progress class, i hope it's good enough. *cross fingers* and wish both of us good luck.

i hope this time things work out and you don't have to continue to wait. the anxiety alone can drive a person crazy. here's the results notification timeline.

traditional registered nursing & lvn to rn

spring 2009:

results posted online: october 29, 2008

deadline for response: november 6, 2008

OH man, that's a long wait, i just a got a mail from the nursing department, that they're in the process of reviewing the application. *cross my fingers*

Oct. 29!!!! That seems like forever!!! Oh well. I don't know if everyone knows, but National University in Fresno has a BSN prgram that is supposed to start in Nov. 08 and West Hills in Lemoore started their RN program in Aug. 08. next one in Lemoore to begin Aug. 09.

I applied for this Fall, obviously didn't get in but kept my name on the list. I've since been accepted elsewhere and am already in class. If I get accepted though, someone else can gladly have my spot!

I graduated from Fresno City College.

Something to be aware of is that they are really good about taking in a transfer...which is what I did. You can go to one school and then go to this one later.....

I applied there too for spring 09 LVN-RN transition. Crossing my fingers for everyone. Keep us posted with results. It's only a month away....but probably will be the longest month ever!! :no::no:

anyone familiar with the *in progress* process goes for the Paradigm program? Do the hospitals pick out the candidates after the semester is completed?

We have only a couple of hours beore we know which of us (i hope all of us:wshgrt:) sucessfully made it into the Spring 09 class. Once everyone get there results let the rest of us know how things turned out.

i see no one has responded yet...but i checked my stats and it says i am selected. It also said that they are giving the TEAS test to see where your skill levels is at. I didn't even know that was part of it. I have been so excited all day. I have heard alot of stories about how its hard to get i on your first try....well I DID ITi still can't beleive it. My friends that also applied cant believe it. I'm just so thankful.:yeah::yeah:
