Hi, I'm trying to round up all my alumni friends coming from University of St. La Salle Bacolod. If you have any friends who come from this school, please tell them to register at the online convergence point at : http://ilonggonurses.hyperboards.com

God bless you all!

Kamusta kayong lahat? Second-career nursing student ako... graduate sa pinas with a BS Management Info. System pero nagiisip na magnursing dahil mas maraming magagandang opportunities compared sa IT.

meron ba ditong kagaya ng situation ko? Mula sa Computer Science eh nagdecide na magnursing?

Salamat sa inyong lahat! :p

english only please, this is an international site for nurses from all over the world. if you want to use tagalog, then use a site established in the philippines.

I believe this is a filipino thread dedicated to hardworking filipino nurses.

I am definitely not racist, but this is an International site for nurses all over the world. And others are unable to partake when other languages are spoken. I am extremely helpful to filipino posters, had you even bothered to check. But I can't offer any advice when I don't understand what has been posted. There are actual Filipino sites for those of you that wish to post in Tagalog. This forum was designed for nurses freom around the world to help each other. There are nurses from Australia, China, Sweden, Nigeria, etc. posting and it is nice when everyone is able to look at the posts as we learn from each other.

Maybe it is you that has the attitude problem? :uhoh3:

well i never talked about that attitude problem. All i cud say is there's nothing wrong talking in different language as long as nobody's getting hurt. Just respect this thread.

Didnt mean to offend anyone. But didnt you read from the Title that it says "Filipino nurses?" Anyway, no need to get on each other's nerves. I was just happy to know that I found some of my fellow countrymen here in this forum. Hence, the post in Tagalog.

:coollook:

I agree.. thanks UsteGrl. (I take it you're from UST?) :)

But do take into account that Allnurses.com is actually an American BB.

There are many other boards available for you to speak to each other in Tagalog. This one is open to nurses from all over the world, and we should respect each other as such.

Yup i just graduated from UST. Im hir in San Francisco ryt now and planning to take the nclex here.

And by the way, I read the TERMS OF SERVICES...there's no rule against talking in other languages. As long as there's no profanity or any statement that might hurt somebody else.

Although i cannot really understand most of the conversation here, I just wanted to say that at the hospital I work at, here in Ohio, we have a lot of Filipino nurses!!!!!!!! They are great! Also, my critical care instructor is the president of the filipino nurses association :)
