Arkansas State University 2020 CRNA

Nursing Students SRNA

Updated:   Published

Hello all! I haven't seen a thread for the Arkansas State CRNA program that starts in January of 2020. I've sent in my application and have been reading (and re-reading) old A-State CRNA threads about the interview process and all that so I thought we could start one for this cohort!

@ICU.Amanda Hmm ok. There’s already 10 members on the page so sorry for whoever else is having a hard time finding the page.

All of us have posted introductions if you still want to add it and meet everyone. Let me know if you still have trouble finding it.

I added the group to the page I started and invited you to the group since you were having a hard time finding it. That way all of the members can add that page as well if they want.

The facebook page that has been made can be found by searching Asu Msna. I had a little trouble finding it at first too but thats how it can be found for those who are having trouble.

Have you heard anything or emailed dr. Black?

Hey @Judy Dolce I took some time to check out some options while I was in Jonesboro and I’m happy to share the information I have and to discuss housing. I will also be traveling from out of state and need cost effective and safe housing. Where are you coming from? Definitely would be happy to discuss with you (and anyone else interested!).

Please email me using gmail with my username AmandaDelp (I broke it up since this is on a board and to decrease spam ).

Talk soon!

Anyone else not heard a yes or no yet?

I am also patiently waiting for a decision from the school. I was told by the clerk a few days ago that they are still working on the decision and the letters and to expect to hear from them in a couple of weeks.

@cambridge17 @Baruss20

We have to submit our holding fee by October 31st so if there are extra spots left after that I know they will reach out to people who haven’t heard anything by then or who are on the waiting list (so you should hear something back around the 1st or 2nd week of November). So far there are 25 people in our class (at least those who have Facebook and have joined the group) and I heard the classes before us had about 30-32 people but they can accept up to 40.
Hopefully this information helps!

Good luck...sending prayers!

Just got my letter that I'm on the alternates list. It came sometime this week. Not sure when because I don't check my mail everyday.
