Practice health history and health assessment, you may want to use 'Pocket Companion for Physical Examination and Health Assessment' by Carolyn Jarvis. To practice the physical exams try to use a group of three, one to role play the nurse, patient and assessor roles.

Review the various CRNBC Standards documents, after reading the documents, review the case studies to understand how to apply the standards to patient scenarios
