So, I'm confused on how to implement my employment tuition reimbursement with this program. I will be starting my RN-MSN in July. I have $5000 plus approved. But, it's in 6 month semesters right-so that brings me to December. Will I get a WGU class transcript of passing at the end of the 6 months so that I can submit to my job? Cause we take as many classes as we can within the 6 months right. I only get reimbursed if I pass. Has anyone done the process of getting employment reimbursed with this program? I don't want to lose this year's allotment in tuition reimbursement and I figure I should get a semester transcript in mid-December from WGU? Any input? I'm with HCA, by the way. thank you, for any feedback!

The program doesn't really have much to do with you getting reimbursed by your employer. What is the guidelines for your employer? For instance, my job reimburses me. We have 60 days to submit our grades after the end of the semester. Once I give my job my class schedule with the start n end dates, the bill for the class and my grades.... They put it on my next pay check. Which I got Friday. So if your classes end in December, you will get your official grades for the course, submit them and the other paper work your employer needs and you should get your reimbursement. You will be reimbursed for 2016 even if you do not get your funds until Jan 2017. At that time, the cycle should start over if they give 5k a year.
The school has to give you your grades at the end of the semester.

You can print an unofficial transcript from the student portal any time you desire. This should be updated immediately after you pass a class, though I've personally never checked this.
You should be able to order an official transcript at any time, too.

HR should be able to help you with this. I get reimbursement through my job and hr helped me understand what I needed to do

Just make sure that your hospital will cover the school you are going to. My hospital will not cover school this.
