Any Advice for EX-UK RN ....

Published

Hi all, new to this Forum, lived in USA 2 years and have not worked in this time, also prior to moving here had not worked in hospital setting since 2001. Planning on sitting NCLEX in June, and after reading various threads i am not too confident !! All advice/tips welcome.

Thanks

Hey there!

I am too studying for nclex.....hoping for june sitting as well. I am just over from Australia.......and trying to study for this test!!!! I have bought the lippincott, Kaplan, La charity books. I am also studying off the Nclex 3000 (found on the net) and i actually have made a book of my own from all the "Random fact throwing" sticky note. I have worked kids for the last 7 years and am having trouble getting all the "big" kids stuff down (adults)

What are you using for review? I hope that we can do it!!! I am remembering things as i keep reading......i just hope it all comes together on the day!

Yikes it sent twice! Sorry!!

Everybody feels at least a little intimidated by the NCLEX. Don't let that stop you. Prepare well. And if you don't pass the first time, then pick yourself up and try again! Eventually you will pass, as long as you don't give up. That is the trick to the NCLEX.
