Anxious to find spring 2016 placement

Is anybody else really anxious to find out about Spring 2016 placement? I keep checking my email just in case they send anything even though I heard that we won't find out until Oct. I have GCC evenings, Gateway Evening or GCC weekends as my choices. I wish I knew which I am more likely to get or more details on each of those programs, since my friends that are nurses did day time traditional programs. I just know my life will change so much after school starts and I want to start getting organized for it ahead of time.

NursingAZ thank you for your aggressive insistence. Hopefully it is a simple issue of just resetting their capacity, as I had them as a 2nd choice. I had only noticed on MY status page it asked me to change my choices, as MCC eve was not an option this semester placement. After calling the hotline, they encouraged me to change it until there is the option for Evenings again. So it isn't necessarily "Not true" but also not not true.

The only good option for everyone is to check their status page. As I have been told BY the Hotline: "The status page is the first and best source of information".

Not aggressive at all. Who did you speak with at the hotline? I spoke with them as well and they told me do not change anything. They also said call the school to find out exactly what's going on if that didn't set with people. I'm sorry you took my message as being aggressive. Just trying to prevent people from missing out on their first choice because of incorrect info. Hope we all get chosen for spring!! Best of luck to you!! :)

Today is the day of placement apparently. Per the hotline.. Lets hope we hear something!!

I believe its every 2 weeks. They do plenty of placements. The Fall had 10.. People defer or do not accept, and they move on to the next batch. I just dont remember if its every 2 weeks or not..
