Antelope valley fall 2015!

Hello all! I been following this forum for awhile and I have always found a lot of good information on here... I thought I would start a forum to reach out to anyone who may be applying to AVC for fall of 2015. I know we may be finding out in May. How does everyone feel about this? I know that stats requirement may of helped people that already had the the class done a small advantage. IF I get in, I'm concerned about whether or not I should work or not. I'm full time at a mortgage company which I know I would definitely have to leave... Does anyone know how to get on with a medical based job without any CNA, or medical assist license? Or if chanes of getting a job in that field are even likely with no licensing.

That just happened to me too :/ I just sent her an email I feel bad to keep bugging her but I gotta know something! At least a status update :sniff:

UGHHH this sucks! I'm in the APL building right now so I'm gonna go over there.. Maybe they can tell me something.. I wanna cry :(

I've been on the list since last August..

karen said that if we don't get letters this week, there's still the chance of being "alternatives" or Spring, but spring selection is the same way...

This is my first time applying, I applied in March 2015 .. I was hoping maybe point system would help. I still am waiting on possibly pierce college which is a lottery

I applied in December. Jdorsey and krissy, I totally suggest applying to COC. They're really quick as far as their application process and it's all done by email. No waiting for the mailman lol

Pierce is email too! Lol yeah waiting for the mailman sucks, is it too late to apply to COC for fall? Are they lottery?

Point system helps a lot but you are competing with 200 other students...
