Oh! no I was not aware there was a FB group! I'll join right now lol. But I will attend the second day of the orientation (less people more fun?) haha but yeah I just purchased my Liability Insurance NSO and it says it might take a day or two for them to email me my certificate. And as for the classes, I've decided I will apply for the wed thurs fri classes.

Lol idk if it's less ppl more fun, I was just thinking I didn't want to be crowded into one room.. plus I feel like I can talk to more ppl when it's less Good to know for the Liability Insurance, I haven't falling committed to which clinical I wanna take :/ they both have pros & cons.

Haha well I was going to the second orientation anyway because that's the only time my friend will be able to make it.

Yes it was tricky to decide which clinical day to apply to but i figured i would have a better schedule to study and to lock down my study habits if it was consecutive rather than a break in the middle. Plus that's what my friend said she prefered as well so I'm applying to those days! I dont think it matters in the long run though..

Nrodriquez27!!! Make sure you get your vaccines ASAP!! Some have to be separated by 4-6 weeks depending on the series! The cut off for the physical is January 11th! If I read it correctly you said you weren't immune. If you are disregard my message lol. :) but the sooner the better!

How is everyone, was anyone able to access the allheart site? Also I will be attending the second meeting, Look forward to meeting everyone and I also enrolled in the WRF section :)

Hi there! If you have Facebook, there is a page where some of us communicate "AVC Nursing Fall 2017" come join us! We haven't been able to access the scrub site for awhile even after someone had mentioned to them lol I'm trying to get into the MTF but there are some gals on the Facebook page that will be attending the second meeting as well.

Hi guys! I'm applying this fall to hopefully be included in the Fall 2017 cohort! I wanted to know how selection works. For example, is priority given to those with high points, is there a waitlist, is it first come first serve? Can one GE be in progress as long as your pre-reqs are completed? Hope to get a response soon, thanks! :)

I know that transition is first come bases I'm not sure how the generic program works but prerequisites are changing for fall 2017 ADN program. I'm sure the higher your GPA the greater your chances.

Go to avc.edu and pick log in then scroll down and click catalog year 2016 and all prerequisite and general education classes need for program will be listed.
