Hello everyone,

I have just applied to the nursing program at Antelope Valley College in Lancaster. I just wanted to see if anyone else has applied yet. Hopefully we see how this goes.

Well I was just talking to my mom and she might do a CPR class that is in Acton sometime this month & its $45. I'll let you know if we go, you're welcome to carpool or meet us there. Idk about stethoscopes, my mom advised that we had one, a manual BP cuff, penlight, scissors & hemostats, the patches that go on our scrub tops & a pocket sized spiral tablet type for clinical notes..

Drug tests & physicals are free if you guys are enrolled in fall2015 classes.. Make an appt now tho cuz they're already booked out to December 3!

Have any of you made/paid for your complain account yet? I was wondering if I could pay the $15 now then go back & pay for the background check next week instead of making it one order.

I made the account but I think it's all at one time. My total came out to over $100 since I've lived in another state :( I wanted to just pay the $15 too but have to hold off a bit. My poor bank account lol

Also some other news, I called about the CPR class at school & they don't have a date yet but they're takin names & he said it usually isn't that expensive but couldn't give me an exact price lol
