I have a BSN degree and I am interested in going back to get ANP. However, I need an online program. Anyone know of great online program for ANP degree? Thanks for all your help in advance. BTW...I am currently in NC.
Thanks!
Have you or anyone you know attended this program? I'd love to speak to someone who did...
Have you looked at Frontier? It is very reasonable, under $400/credit hour.http://www.midwives.org (they also train midwives) It involves 2 trips to the campus, clinicals are arranged in your home community or nearby.
Have you or are you currently attending Frontier? I am considering applying and would like to ask a few questions.
Thanks
I can't talk to the ANP program but I am in the ACNP program [first semester survivor!]. This is the link for SLU http://www.slu.edu/nursing.xml.
Good luck!
Wow! I just read up on the Seton Hall program and it sounds wonderful. I considered going to Seton Hall for my BSN, but it was a bit too far to do a daily commute (it's about an hour from me). I could easily swing the 3 on-campus stays and still be home for dinner each night... I had planned to get my FNP from TCNJ, but now I am definately leaning heavily toward Seton Hall.
Stony Brook University in NY has a distance Adult NP program. For the FNP we had to go for 3 days initially to learn the computer program we would use and that was the only mandatory on-site time. I did go back for graduation and that was it...2 trips to campus. I live in NY so the tuition was very inexpensive, but I don't know how much more it costs for out of state.
Good luck.

I looked at the Unviersity of Virginia website. It looks like it is a post-masters anp program. Am I wrong?
