I agree with JustBeachy. Send them out and be proud that you have accomplished this difficult task, just put no gifts please. I am going to have a giant party when I graduate and I do not want a gift just want people to celebrate that I finally did it at the ripe old age of 40. That's how old I will be when I graduate. I think it is very cool. Have fun and enjoy it.

Ok, I'm thinking ahead a bit but I am curious and would love some opinions. I am graduating with my BSN in December. It's my first degree and I will be 36...I also have 8 kids and a husband of 16 years. I'm wondering if it would be weird to send out announcements to friends and family? I'm not really looking for gifts, just really proud and want everyone to know I finally did it! Lol
