ANC Nov Board & M5 ID

I wanted to start a thread for all of the people who are waiting for the November ANC selection board, specifically if you have/waiting on the M5 identifier for Emergency Nursing. I thought we could suffer together and update each other while we wait. You are welcome to post if you have another specialty or none at all.

My status:

I have submitted all documents, and waiting on M5 identifier approval, physical approval and for the packet to make it past QA.

FYI,

Dont look for the results on AKO or anywhere else. They get sent to the Recruiters, Recruiting Stations and Recruiting Battalions.

Food for thought,

When the roster comes out it usually has a few categories:

1. Select

2. OML

3. Non select

4. Selected pending Senate confirmation

So, it could be that your Recruiters are awaiting to here final disposition before they tell you anything. OR, your Recruiters could be on leave, TDY or sleeping lolol jk.

Just give it til the end of the week or maybe into early next week. Im sure many of you have waited a long time to gather your packet information and have it submitted, another week is all it might take : )

The Army's Motto is HURRY UP AND WAIT (lol). The Recruiters had to hurry up and get your packet submitted now they just have to wait : (

I'm in Michigan, from the tri-city area (Bay City/Saginaw/Midland) but my recruiter is out of East Lansing.

I'm hoping he'll get the results to me soon.. the waiting has my nerves all screwed up!

If you dont - theres always next year (hopefully they will have more slots and it will give you time to get more experience) or you might opt for the Reserves (shhh dont tell your Recruiter I said that - lol)

Just got a call from my recruiter. I have been selected as a 66h...kind of shocking but thankful and surprised

I'm confused. I just talked to my recruiter. He confirmed that the list has been published by my application status still shows pending board results? He said he is not sure what is going on. I'm not on any of the list yet. Sgt Jiminez any thoughts on what might be going on?
