Hello All,
Has anyone heard or have any information about American University of Antigua School of Nursing(AUA)? If yes, please let me know your feedback.
Thanks.
well there is a reason y u cant post any comments on those BS aua school videos on youtube. the reason is that students would want to expose aua's true color, unlike those on videos who got no morals and talk nonsense for some change in EC.(their currency), call nyc education dept and dont b suprised when they tell u they never heard of this school which was established by someone who have no medical background at all.
It appears that AUA is shady, however i did speak to someone at Lehman and they said they had some affiliation with the school.. I think ill just apply to other programs and try my luck.. Thanks 4 the help everyone.
Does anyone have a clue on any nursing program that are realitvely easy and or dont have to long of a waiting list to get into? (doesnt have to been in NY)
Thanks Again,
Brandon

Are you serious? I hope you mean easy to apply and NOT having an easy curriculum. No decent nursing program is going to have an easy curriculum, and I would personally be worried if a school HAD one.
Now, by easy to apply -- my personal definition of this relates to how arduous the application process is for any particular school. As far as Accelerated BSN programs go, applying to Drexel is clearly easier than applying to say the University of Florida, namely due to the fact that Drexel requires a simple straightforward application and all you need to submit is your transcripts, while UF requires a more extensive application with personal statements, PLUS transcripts, PLUS recommendations, PLUS the GRE, PLUS a resume. Despite the differences in application, you're clearly going to work your ass off in either program.
Most of my knowledge of applications relate to ABSN programs because that is what I am pursuing.
@brandon,
my freind did u ask lehman that what r the requirements for u to be continued at lehman,
i will tell u their requirements that u have to pass ur NCLEX then only u can continue ur education.
let me tell u something 1. how r u going to take NCLEX? 2. if u pass NCLEX then u can preety much go to any nursing school it doesnt have to be lehman,
god bless you all, may god give patience and hope to those who went to AUA...
oh by the way i found out that its founder is a lawyer, thats ironic... after all lawyers like to screw healthcare workers.

Be careful about generalizing ... THIS lawyer (me) is clearly NOT one out to screw healthcare workers, especially when he's entering the healthcare profession anyway!

Totally agree my friend atleast u would have ur home to goto if ur loan didn't pass unlike students in Antigua at aua whose loan don't go through and they r forced to get kicked out from their dorm and leave on street literally. That's what that coach bag carrying guy and that ho do
