American River College fall 2015

So I thought for sure we'd hear something by today but I don't see any activity on allnurses. It has to be because of Spring Break so we'll probably get news next Friday.

My friend applied at Sac State this semester and she just told me they have a record amount of applications this semester; 490! That might mean that ARC has more than usual this semester too but I handed in my application late on March 4th and I was number 245. So that doesn't account the 2 days after that or any application mailed in.

Good luck everyone! And PLEASE update on here asap if you receive any notice from ARC for all the rest of our nerves and I promise to do the same! :up:

Still waiting......and still checking at least 3 times a day. ~Sigh My ARC status is still: Qualified and SCC: Received.

It's 3:45 on Friday April 10th and I still don't see any change to my status. Still showing Application qualified for ARC and Application received for SCC. Anyone else?? I will say ARC (especially --------------- in the nursing dept) has been really great about emailing me back when I had any questions these past couple weeks. SCC has been a bit harder to reach (via both phone and email).

I also haven't heard anything, and really thought there would be emails by now. :grumpy: I guess, it's yet another weekend trying to keep busy and not think about it.

Hey StaceyAnn86! When you emailed the schools in the last weeks did you ask about when we might hear back or if the delay is due to an unusual influx of applications? I'm just grasping for any bit of info so that it feels like there's some sort of progress....

Hi Nikki, I did not ask them about them about the delay but I assume the increase in applicants is slowing the process down. I hope we hear back soon!

Hi just want to share that I just received my SCC acceptance email for Spring 2016. This is my first time application. I am still hoping to hear from ARC and Sierra soon.

Congrats nursewannabeee!! That's exciting! Did your eservices status ever change from received to qualified to accepted for SCC? Or did you only receive an email with the acceptance?
