I graduated May 18th 2015 and will be taking the NCLEX July 20th???
does that seem excessive
, I used the 8 week kaplan prep after class schedule to be "SLOW LIKE A TURTLE" not "FAST LIKE A RABBIT"

NO, it is not excessive. Six months....that's excessive. 8 weeks?! Perfectly fine.
Do the program as it was written, don't skip steps. Do ALL the questions/trainer tests. Breathe :)

I know many people that weren't even able to schedule their exam yet and won't be testing until at least July. We graduated May 10th. You are FINE keep studying and keep it fresh!

Nope not late at all. You will have time for the review class to be still fresh and practice the test taking strategies. Plus you have time to do many many questions. I did close to 5000 questions before I tested. I actually kept track at the end of the day I would be the total on my calendar.

How do you feel about it? I scheduled my first exam for July 7, but then decided I feel ready and wanted to take it sooner. So I went on pearson vue and looked up an earlier date. It's today at 8am EST. I feel it was a good move for me.
