I just downloaded the 1st study guide for EC LPN-ADN track

I think I'm gonna buy the exam prep and see how many I get wrong.

I passed it with a little bit of studying. It wasn't that difficult for me. Most people seem to have the most difficulty with NC 3 & 5. NC3 wasn't that difficult for me, but I struggles with the psychiatric portion of NC5. But I passed with a B. Be sure to use the practice exams, I swore by those.

I am so thankful to hear this from someone. I thought I was the only one struggling with NC5 It was the only NC that I actually studied for and I still failed it.:trout: I felt horrible walking out of there with that big D on my paper. yuck !! Know that I will prevail. (doing my best wonder woman stance)

Pageantnurse, NC5 was difficult -- probably the most difficult one, followed closely by NC3. I was terrified walking into NC5 because everyone was warning me how killer it was! Luckily I have pretty solid psych knowledge (no, not from personal experience, LOL!!), so I did well.

But that is the one test I hear people talk about most often with regards to failing, bu the good thing is I've never heard anyone say they've failed it twice! They've gone back and done just fine.
