What videos have you been watching? I'm always recommending these videos of Professor Marian Diamond at Cal-Berkeley:

I know a lot of people in my university struggle with those classes mainly because we have one teacher for each subject, which both speak little English. -__-
Uhm there was an interactive website I used during anatomy online that was free and you can test yourself with where the parts are of the heart, but I don't believe it helps with how the body works..

I believed that site helped a lot, but then again we also had to label a cadaver.

DRAW!!!
I found that out after countless hours of trying to memorise, youtube videos, 5 different textbooks... that the best way to remeber a process or function is to draw it out 6 times or so... and then you can draw it next to a test question - and POOF! easy peesy... Later on the knowledge clicks when you do clinicals and so on... but if it's just about getting a good grade on a test, then this is what i recommend.

coloring book for anatomy and i totally have felt your pain back when i took a&p! you can do it!!
i used one of those too! there's a really good one that i had that followed lecture perfectly, but i can't remember the name of it. it was only like five bucks on amazon but totally worth it!

A&P is easy but if you are taking it while in nursing school I can see why one would struggle. I think its best to get classes like this done before entering the nursing program because you can focus more on memorizing and understanding the content so you can pass
