I just wanted to know if anyone else had applied to the University of South Alabama summer 2014 traditional Bsn program. If so, what are your thoughts on the program and the selection process. I myself, have applied and I currently feel like I'm on pins and needles, until decisions will be made within the next couple of weeks.
Good luck to all that have applied!!

The pre-reqs you listed above, are all the one's you need. The one's listed under Major Requirement, are streamline more towards your Major. If you make A's in all of your remaining pre- reqs, I think that you will be fine in regards to getting first acceptance, but again it is all according to your competition for that semester!
By now many of you are either currently in, or have completed the ABSN program at South. I was recently accepted into the accelerated program and was hoping some of you might want to share your experiences in the program, scheduling, favorite areas, least favorite, and maybe some prep tips?! I would greatly appreciate any input!!!

Hi tkn010,
To be very honest with you, it all depends on your competition applying for a seat that term. I do know that this past summer, between 40-45 were accepted for the traditional bsn program, and nearly 400 hundred applied, as I was told by an advisor. If I were you, and if at all possible, I would take some of your pre-req courses over, to raise your GPA. USA only is interested in your Pre-req gpa..
