By now many of you are either currently in, or have completed the ABSN program at South. I was recently accepted into the accelerated program and was hoping some of you might want to share your experiences in the program, scheduling, favorite areas, least favorite, and maybe some prep tips?! I would greatly appreciate any input!!!
Prereq GPA: 3.9 The interview was VERY laid back. She just discussed the program a bit and asked why nursing, what area am I most interested in, and what I've been doing since earning my first degree. She informed me at the end of the call that I had been selected for the January cohort! I'm excited and nervous! What about your stats?
I had my interview this morning and I am ACCEPTED!! Now I just have to figure out how to pay for it all!!! Anyone have any luck with nursing scholarships? Good luck to everyone!!!
The program director JUST called and left a voicemail to schedule a phone interview for this weekend!! I'm about to email her to confirm a time! So nervous.
Hey! I also applied to the Spring Accelerated Program. I have not received anything, not a confirmation that they received my transcripts, zero emails, and when I've called to verify I'm told that they can't to do that. Applying to South was one of the most difficult tasks in my academic career. Someone please let me know if they received ANYTHING for the College of Nursing.
