Hello I wanted to start this thread for anyone applying for the program and keep each other posted about our progress! I have turned everything in I jus have to take the hesi test on October 28 please keep me posted !

Are you applying for the June 2016 start? I'm also applying. Was hoping to get into an ADN or BSN program but I really need to work ASAP.

I'm considering applying for lvn...currently on the wait list for spring adn program .when I took my hesi at alvin it didn't have the critical thinking section and I see that's what is needed for lvn application too :/ ...

I didn't take the critical thinking section either, told them that, but they still accepted my application and told me not to worry about it. I'm still worried about it, obviously, but if I were you I'd give it a shot. No harm in applying!

Last day to turn in applications! Anyone else applied? I re-took my HESI for a higher score, raised 10 points so hope that helps my chances. I want to get this ball rolling!

What was your cumulative score if you don't mind me asking? Tomorrow the count down begins. I'm extremely nervous!

89.2% which I think is ok, but they only allow 50 people in so I am nervous! What about you?

I think that's a very good score! I saw that taking A&P also gives you a leg up as well. I wish you the best of luck!

I got an 85%. My first time taking it and they didn't have anymore dates open so I couldn't bring up any sections. I just took it this month. I will redo it before I apply for the ADN program.

Called today to ask how many people applied. The lady on the phone said that they are still sorting through the applicants to see who all actually finished their checklist. I'll try again next week to see what the actual number is. The time is passing by slowly...
