Hello.... The application period for Alvin Community College spring 2017 ADN program starts in 2 days... I will be submitting my application for consideration. Just wanted to know if there is anyone else who will be applying too.

Specializes in ICU.

It's going well! I've completed everything needed (drug test, shots, physical, blue card, etc) and we have our orientation on December 14th where we will get all the info about enrolling and purchasing our uniforms. I'm so ready to get this show on the road! I know it will be long and hard (there's no Summers off with this program) but I'm totally on board and ready to go!

I had way too much fun reading this thread! Haha! I am currently attending ACC and though I only need 2 classes to apply for the ADN program, I have decided to take 2 others that count towards the program for both a higher acceptance rate and to lessen the load later!

I had planned to take A&P 2 next semester (FALL 2017) but take the HESI the summer before. Will this hurt my chances of getting a high passing grade in that section?? Would y'all recommend I take A&P 2 before taking the HESI?
